Windy if you were not at 56 days I might say AVOID 'temporarily' until you are further along. However, knowing you and how strong you are~ I suspect you CAN begin to re-program now.
The more I did 'something' while denying 'the urge' the easier it became the next time. Also, if you have not found something to be a 'subsitute action' while playing cards (ie: chewing gum) you might try that too. Get this Windy ;) I haven't experienced a trigger or even a smoke thought in a LOOOOONG time! Yet, I am NEVER without my Orbit gum AND if I start running low on that particular brand of gum I get a little anxious!? Isn't that funny? Just goes to show how it's all a 'MIND GAME.'
Try anything and everything until you figure out what works for you. I promise you, SOMETHING WILL WORK if you let it. :)
