Hi! I am still here. But have had some issues that I had no control of, that I have been dealing with. It has really been a rough couple of months, but I am getting it worked out. I hope to be back on the path of being smoke free. Smoking sure has not help the situation any. It really made it worse. Now I am back to square one.
I want to say

to two very special people, Lady and butterfly swimmer, You are both very caring and wonderful people.
And I want to say

to all of the non smokers on this site.

It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
and that is the truth

Thank You
