I just wanted to say hello and welcome to all the new quitters as well. There may be moments ahead when no-one, friends, family, or your closest lover can understand what you are going through.
The best thing you have done for yourself is to find this site.
You don't have to say anything, you can just lurk if you want, but please come often and read.
There is a post here with suggestions and help for every hurdle you may face.
It's helped me immeasurably during my quit.
I have incredible respect for the knowledge that so many people can offer, coming back months, even years later to post words of encouragement.
Have a great smoke-free weekend! Get out into this weird weather and have some fun!
