! That's alot smokes!! Take a deep breath and enjoy all that fresh air smoking those cigs would have robbed you of!! Yeah the quit meter is an excellent tool. This is true that days are an important factor to not smoking but what is also great milestones as you pointed out is how cigs are not smoked!!! Something else to look forward to!!! Wow I have not smoked over 5,000 cigarettes (numbers can get scary) I have saved over $1200. and I'm finally off the patch so I can say I'm now NICOTENE FREE as well as smoke -free. I'd do a cartwheel or something but that would be just too funny.LOL Checking my stats has kept me away from a smoke quite a few times. Thank you SSC for helping me get and stay smoke-free!!!!!
