Mr. Ed - You are the king or stats parade. Thanks so much for starting a thread for me. As time goes on today was much like any other day. I get threw most days without even thinking about smoking. I did have an memory relapse last weekend. I was speed cleaning my house getting ready for our Halloween party when I thought oh it is time for a break. Let me grab my smokes and head out the back door. I ran down 2 flights of stairs before it hit me that. I DON'T SMOKE!!! I just laughed at my memory relapse and continued on with my cleaning. Life is good. I love my life as a non-smoker. Thanks all for your warm wishes.
