Mr Ed, your faith in me is strengthning...I sincerely hope I shall be posting one year smoke free in May 07. PrincessC, thank you for your good wishes. My daughter and her fiancee are going to Australia this weekend for 5 months backpacking, neither of them smoke so that's OK !! Yes, ItsIronic, I will remember this milestone as a happy one and I'm hoping the next 6 months is going to celebrate getting rid of the excess baggage (at least 28lbs!!!)I've changed my job from a predominantly sedentary one for a more physically "challenging" one!!! Where did you find that man, Free, he's not right!! LOL. Meet me in the Stats Parade in 6 months time, OK? Hope your course is going well. I am so proud to say that I put out my last cigarette 6 months ago after smoking 30 a day for the previous 35 years and my success is in no small part due to support from the people on this site. I had quit for 2 weeks before I found this site, I was looking for help because I was struggling and I got help in shed loads and for that, thank you all. Keep the quit !!
