Hi Neek - Congrats on 125 big days! I have to agree with Casey...everybody's quit is different. I know that I would never\have made it through the first three weeks without this site. I did lots of moaning and whining and I still do from time to time. Sometimes, I get a little skeered and wobbly when I see people who are ahead of me struggling......but then I see the support that they get and see how they get through it and I hope that I will be more prepared if I happen to go through rough times at this phase too. There are lots of good stories (Just read the hall of fame) and some fun too....so I usually like to check in and see what's happening. I wrote something here for you in Word cause I make so many typos. Hi there Your reasoning is correct and if need be go away for a little while. Im sorry that you see much negative stuff however that is what it is like for the new people. It is very difficult for them as you might understand. When you are ready come back, you may have the mindset to become a leader and help others with the journey. Congratulation on day 125, big time quit!

125 days for me tomorrow. I hate to say it but I don't think that coming here and reading is the best thing for me and my quit. All I do is read about how difficult it is for people to stay quit and it sort of makes me depressed. Anyone else fell that way? I get urges like everyone else, but I really start thinking about cigarettes when I'm here, reading. Just my observation that at some point in time you need to leave this place so that you don't always think about cigs. If that makes sense. Way to go on your 125 days! Huge accomplishment. I felt somewhat like you about coming here. I tried not to read the ones that depressed me, but kept to the people who posted positive things. Everyone is different. For me, I rarely post, but read the encouragement to others and use that as a positive for myself. Do what YOU need to do to stay quit. That's what matters. Stay strong and hope to see you at your next milestone!!
