Hi everyone. I just signed up today. I have posted once and recieved helpful suggestions. I have been a smoker for 35 years. For health reasons, and two great grandkids, its time to quit.
I went to the doctor today and he gave me zyban. I usually cant take anti deppresants, but i am hoping these are different. Anyone who has tried it, please let me know how and if it helped. He says I have ten more smoking days left, but didnt really explain how it works. I could look it up on the net, but rather here from those who have used it!
Im sure I will need all the help I can get to succeed, and it looks like this is THE PLACE!
Thanks for listening, Catlover
