Sorry, But I am resetting

I made a concious choice to smoke tonight. I know it wasn't a healthy choice. I will get back on the wagon tomorrow. I am sorry for making that choice. Please forgive me :(

Jer you have to come here (if you can) and post when the urge (or the junkie thinking) gets too strong for you to handle alone, ok? I know it was hard for you not to smoke and I want very much to help you. My grandmother (who lived to be 98 and always wore her long gray hair in bun) used to have a saying that went like this, "We need to find the pattern on this quilt." Let's try to figure this out. Was there a trigger? Were you drinking? Stressed? Lonely? If you can pin point the 'reason' you can overcome it. You don't have to answer my questions out loud if you don't want to~but please think about them...AND...Don't EVER give up. All the best~ N2k My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/20/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 329 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,259 Amount Saved: $1645 Life Gained: Days: 31 Hrs: 7 Mins: 37 Seconds: 50

jerlasvegas... I hope you are back on the wagon today. Many have given you good advice above. Your quit is all about you and the choices you make. I have watched you struggle and seen you post. You have made it throught several difficult times. You can make it through all of them. Believe in yourself and take you life back from this horrible addiction that controls your life. Deep breaths. One step at a time. Not One Puff Ever. Chin up. Best foot forward.... here we go. Jerry, Man I really feel sorry for your body, you are sending it some very confusing messages. How is it ever to believe that you are going to stop for good if you keep giving in on a regular basis? You have got to get this thing under control. I know that it is an easy answer for you to make a choice to smoke, but what about the choice not to smoke? Isn't it important to you as well? Each time you given in and smoke, you just tell your mind in so many words that you were just kidding about the not smoking.... Get some new patterns in your life that will take you away from those areas where you would normally smoke. And don't return to them for quite a while. Maybe 3-4 months. Dispite all this, you have been doing well and it makes me sad for you when you do this to yourself. Come on, we want you to come back, and to succeed with this journey. Give us a chance. OK, Jer. Looks like tomorrow is a red-letter day. You and Tina are quitting, Eve hits 100 and Riverdale Man breaks 150. And that's all this poor grey head can call up right now, but I'll be there's more. WoooooooooooooHoooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
