Also try to identify the weaknesses in your last quit plan and try to get around them this time. Healthy3, Welcome aboard! Be sure to take advantage of our quit program on the left of your screen. You'll need a list of distractions, a reward system and coping strategies to fight cravings. Be sure to start your own thread in this forum so that we can all welcome and get to know you.
