The book helped me realize I was afraid to quit because of the mythical "withdrawal" symptoms that we hear so much about. It also helped me get mad at the corruption & lies that have been fed to us w/a spoon for so long. I know there is a good chance I will die of some form of cancer merely because I'm human & the biological machine is prone to that sort of thing. But in the meantime I'm happy to report that the other miserable side effects of smoking, (the all-nite cough, the chest pains, the smell, the cost, need I go on?,) have completely disappeared & I am holding my head high knowing I no longer have to sneak around trying not to bother the ever-increasing masses of non-smokers. Allen Carr has lived a wonderfully successful life & I thank him.
