Until you lose some weight my friend I won't offer you a pint but let me know when you are ready. It is so good to see you getting there. I went through the same thing when I quit. I shot up from 158 lbs to 210. Talk about clothes going to hell in a basket. Pete laughte her butt off and said "how do you like it big boy" ha ha. I started shutting my mouth at the table and leveled off at 185 which is perfect for me. Now 18 months later food is delicious and I don't put on the pounds like I did at first.

Everything is moderation! The members have provided many threads on weight maintenance and this can help. Take it one step at a time and use low calorie foods and veggies as snacks.
