Hello everyone...It has been awhile since I have posted. I am still not smoking and I have just celebrated my 5 months. It feels so good to be smoke free and I finally feel like as if I can go on and know that I will not smoke. To be so sure of it is a wonderful feeling. Of course there is the thoughts that we all get now and then but to sit back and be able to say no with such confidence feels so good. Hope everyone is doing well. I will try and post more often and thanks for all the support that you all have given to me in my journey.
ps...I noticed that some fellow members are no longer with us. I so hope they find there way back to us no matter how they have to do it.
