Thank you ALL so very much. You dont know how much your praise and support means to me. And your warm B-day wishes left me feeling really good. YES it is a great feeling to be on the path of freedom from nicotine forever. ItsIronic, I do think I will ban myself from watching "Sex in the City" for awhile,Its funny I focus on Carrie,when none of the other characters smoke. Anyway I am trying to stay away from tv shows or situations where I miss smoking,and say to myself,you know she does'nt look that bad with that cigarette...LOL As for her smoking in real life. I am not sure,But would assume she does not. She has a young son and is married to a non smoker (Mathew Broderick of Ferris Beulers Day Off) or at least I think he is a non smoker. But then again how can someone smoke so much playing a part and not get addicted? I dont know, And some people probably think I am crazy for noticing stuff like this,but I cant help it. I look forward to the day I stop caring about who else smokes, And just worry about my actions. Again Many Thanks to ALL of you. Thank you ALL soooooo much, It has been a good day, I have had a couple cravings that have been a litle stronger than usual, dont know what thats about. Maybe its because I watched "My fair Brady" last night and Adrian Curry gave up her smoke quit. Plus I need to stop watching "Sex and the City" Carrie smokes too much,except in the few episodes that she dates Aiden. Anyway have noticed a few triggers,but not even close to giving in to them.
