Hi, Jacko. If my calculations are right, it should now be early evening there. How are you still doing on your first day? BTW, I did what you did; pulled my quit date in. Worked for me! :) Shevie My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/23/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 400 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 8,012 Amount Saved: $1520 Life Gained: Days: 74 Hrs: 16 Mins: 22 Seconds: 35

Congrats Jacko........ During the early days of my quit, there were certain things that I could not image myself doing without a cig....like for instance....talking on the phone...there was no way that I could ever talk on the phone without a cig....but I did it There was no way that I could ever drive myself to work without a cig...but I did it There was no way that I could ever put my make up on without a cig....but I did it All the things that seemed impossible to do without smoking, I just made myself do them and after the first few times...it all became normal... Each day that passed everything just seemed to fall into place..... Your life, as you know it now, will return to normal eventually and it will be better and healthier.... Hang in there Brenna My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/2/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 510 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 10,211 Amount Saved: $2295 Life Gained: Days: 59 Hrs: 14 Mins: 11 Seconds: 19
