No No No No No No No No Oh No you don't! N.O.P.E. N.O.P.E. N.O.P.E. N.O.P.E. N.O.P.E. Have you printed your inspirational threads? Do you have your phone numbers? Do you have your gum, mints, straw, and other coping tools? One thing that is more important than all those listed above is your Attitude Kim. You have to want this quit with every bit of your being in order to be successful. You have come so far and done very well but you have a ways to go. Don't let your guard down and don't listen to the junkie thinking. Sounds like your husband is hearing the junkie within too but you know what... that doesn't have a THING to do with you. This is YOUR quit. This is YOUR life you are fighting for. (He has to fight for his own) You are in control of you. You know you can do this because you have been doing it. As time goes on it gets so much easier and you will be so thankful that you made it through all the storms. Hang on tight girl. You are doing good. I hope to look and see your name on that weekend promise not to smoke. DO NOT GIVE UP ON YOURSELF! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/1/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 385 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,708 Amount Saved: $1347.5 Life Gained: Days: 33 Hrs: 23 Mins: 8 Seconds: 52

Hi, Kim. A lot of people have problems around 30 days, or so. I don't have a clue why, but there is a pattern. It usually lasts for a few days, then goes away. Many quits have been lost around this time. Don't let yours be one of them. If you don't stop at a store, you can't buy cigs. Just go straight home and stay there. This condition is temporary, don't forget that. Stay strong, Kim. Focus on your quit, not on the craves. You can do this. Cheer, Protect your quit! You are not responsible for your husband's actions! You have come so far and you need to relax and know that you can continue on with this journey. Plan your own reward for yourself only! Smoking is not an option! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
