I FORGOT MY PATCH

ILUVDOGS, Whatever you do, don't smoke. You have good advice so far. Either go home and say you are sick ...if you can, or go to a pharmacy and buy some more ... or go home and get your patches and come back.. or ride it out til 6pm. Remember, the withdrawal symptons for cigs are very mild and many people are able to quit cold turkey. You can do this ! Hang on! You can get through this. If it gets too rough go home and get them! Maybe always keep a few in your wallet just in case! I've done that before when I was on the patch. I just tried to keep really busy at work and try to forget about it. The funny thing is that I was fine until I realized that I forgot it. Go figure. Hang in there, take deep breaths, keep busy!
