This sure is great, now how do I get my friends to quit without hassling them? I just can't stand the smell even though I love them dearly, the smoking couple stinks so much. I feel like spraying them with lavender as soon as I lay eyes on them LOL. When we went on our tour of New-York by bus, there were 54 of us on the bus 7 smokers and 47 non-smokers, guess what? the bus stank as soon as they hopped in and sat behind us. Now I used to stink like that also. I'm telling myself I should be more conciliating but I just can't stand it. Is this the part of me that's looking to find fault? Is this the part of me that wants to be radical as in: if I don't smoke, you don't smoke, or is because I have programmed my mind against smoking and will become or am becoming one of THOSE ex-smokers. I don't know just yet, can you help me on this one ? Opinions and suggestions will be welcome. Marie

Hey Marie,
Congrats on 4 months! That is awesome!
As for your smoking friends, not much you can do about that. Just because you quit doesn't mean that they will. Hopefully, they will see that quitting is in there best interests.
And good friends are too hard to come buy so you can't just give them up.
I guess just tell them how you feel about it, and let it go.
