Hey to all, I just wanted to post my big anniversary today. Actually my 1 year mark was yesterday, but close enough. I haven't been here for a long time. I think that is good in a way. I have been doing so well, I haven't even had a craving in so long. I feel better than I did before and stronger. Also I haven't gotten Bronchitis even once all year. Where as when I smoked I would get it at least 2-3 times a year. Today I rewarded myself with a Starbucks Mocha Frappachino. I also bought some clothes. And this October....I'm Goin' To Disney World!!! Yeah! I�ve saved more than $1,248 by not smoking, So I am really excited about that. I also want to shout out to anyone here to is just quitting that this is an awsome group. I would have never made it if it weren't for the folks here. Stick with it and know that you are never alone.
