Thanks everyone...I had a great 181 days. My reward is varied - golf lessons that I will start in October - way too hot here now to begin something new like that! and have booked a first class ticket (of course, using miles) to visit a friend in Scottsdale, AZ. in October as well. Those are two rewards that are worth the wait to take. Jeanigirl, you're doing a great job with your quit! Keep Strong! Danielle - thanks to all the moderators for all you do! Mr. Ed - not too worry about the thread - you are an amazing man and manage to keep up with so many...you are my cheerleader! and I hope Mrs. Ed and you had a great vacation! Free - what a wonderful compliment...style and grace...wow - that blows me away. BonBon - there are many lessons that I am learning on this journey - I treasure them all and take them to my heart! Thanks for you!! RDMan - You are definitely my traveling companion on this journey. There are many times that I didn't need to express myself in a post because you were feeling the same. I am glad that you are not going to disappear on me - it would be an easy thing to do - but I would miss you and your wisdom - thank you for staying... Sunflower - You are at 181 days today. You have done an amazing job yourself along this path. N2K - Thank you for always being here for everyone. You are an elder that wants to support and encourage - it really does mean the world to have you pay attention to someone - whether it's a newbie or someone like me at 6 months. Thank you. niks - I hope that I can continue to help and support you. I'm not going anywhere...but sometimes take a backseat. You've got a great quit going and I'm proud of you! PrincessC - what a great name! 41 days - wow! It just seems like yesterday that you signed on for help...Keep strong! Marie - from the very first day I knew that you were going to own your quit - now you are so supportive and everywhere on the site. You're amazing! Cuddles - my friend with all the fun illustrations! Thank you so much! Lady - you know how special you are to me. Thank you so much for always - and I mean always - being here for me...Your encouragement and support has been invaluable - you lead by example and I know that one day I'll have that year as well!!! Thank you.

Island Girl Congratulations!!!!! Hooray you are on your way to freedom and a whole new life. You are an awesome quitter and a wonderful travelling companion. 6 whole months what a wonderful and loving gift you are giving yourself. How absolutely wonderful to be a non-smoker. I hope you are celebrating and rewarding yourself for your new found freedom. Cheers Phillip Ps I am back and I am so glad to celebrate with you. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/17/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 185 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,713 Amount Saved: $1387.5 Life Gained: Days: 30 Hrs: 6 Mins: 15 Seconds: 44

6 months is fabulous Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
