Thanks N2K , I am hoping my meter makes others want to quit :) I quit smoking on July 6, 2006 at 6:00pm. It has been 1 week, 3 hours, 1 minute, and 38 seconds since I quit. Had I not quit smoking, I would have: * Smoked 143 cigarettes (That's like smoking a 48 foot long cigarette) * Spent $30.50 on cigarettes * Inhaled 1.43 grams of tar * Inhaled 114 mg of nicotine (That's like doing 2,138 hits of nicotine) * Inhaled 1.57 grams of carbon monoxide * Taken an additional 21 hours, 5 minutes, and 18 seconds off my life
