What a wonderful feeling, their is no comparison to the way I felt a year ago....I am a brand new person who has taken control of her life back from the nicodemon....1 year ago I couldn't laugh without going into a coughing fit, couldn't breath without my inhaler (although I still need it, just not as much) had chronic bronchitis, seemed like I always had a cold, I smelt bad, I looked drawn out and old, and I could go on and on with the ill effects of smoking....now 1 year later I am happy to say that I am a brand new person no longer tied to the ball n chain of smoking....
For all you newbies...it can be rough in the beginning, but just take it one day at a time, stick around here at the SSC the people here are wonderful and it does get easier and is SOOOOOOOOOOO worth it.... !!!!
