I was out of town on business for the first time since I quit. I had it under control at home, I have my office in my house so I really only had to control and break habits at home. Flying, hotels, dinner at restaurants by myself and long travel by cars was a whole new ball game. I really struggled, I even bumed a cig from someone at a restaurant, even lit it, and promptly put it out!
Sorry that I did it but no looking back, only forward!
