Mummy22, you don't want to smoke, you haven't done it for 115 days, you'll be dizzy, it'll taste awful. You are romantacising the habit I think, right now, it's a discusting habit and it's not socially acceptable anymore, so why go back to it, can you analyse what's happening at this moment, what's going on that makes you feel this way? Come on yell, cry, beat your pillow, and if this doesn't work go for a long walk, or to the gym, or to a non-smoker friend's house and talk about it, What did you do at the beginning of your quit when this happened? Use those coping mechanisms. Don't smoke it's bad for you, you'll stink and you'll hate yourself!!!!!
