Wow, today I was wanting one, and I think I actually talked myself into it too....I was thinking about how good I was doing, and then I thought, maybe I can just smoke one and then, before I slapped myself in the forehead, I realized that I was obviously having a craving or something, and was just believing all of the bs I was telling myself. It dawned on me, I woke up, I know better! I did not smoke, and I will not, because I know one leads to the next one in a pack of 20. I really am not hating the fact that I quit either. Actually, I haven't put alot of thought into this, until this afternoon when I went off in la la land for a bit. I may not post much, but I do look forward to my morning and nightly posts just to remind myself that I am still smokefree and anyone else who may care! :)
