WOW!!!! I've had a trying weekend and I did slip, was feeling extremely guilty, and down on myself and wondering if I would ever get this monster off my back, and then I came here and read Joe's post and KNEW that I could do it. If ever I feel like I'm going to slip again all I need to do now is remember Joe and the family that he left behind and I can be assured that I will NEVER pick up a cigarrette again.  Thank you so much Joe for your selfless act of enlightening and inspiring us all!!!

R.I.P. Joe and good luck to Mrs. Joe and lil Joe my thoughts and prayers will be with you always as you move forward in life!

For shock tactics, I applaud this thread.

For authenticity, I am not alone in having doubts.
