You rock, Lindsey - Bubba - Hero to Many! Thanks for referencing today's quote. It's one I have on my wall at work. Remind yourself regularly that you are better than you think you are. Successful people are not superhuman. Success does not require a super-intellect. Nor is there anything mystical about success. And success isn't based on luck. Successful people are just ordinary folks who have developed belief in themselves and what they do. Never - yes, never - sell yourself short. - David J. Schwartz Five years is just completely awesome. I think you get a pretty big reward for that! Thanks Kitty for the kind words. I am still here because I see and hear of situations where others had quit for years and returned to the nasty habit. I feel through this reinforcement I can stay smober for the rest of my life. Frankly, the only reason any of us ever started smoking was through a moment of weakness. I do not want another one of those,,,ever. Check your stats out indeed. Why be a monkey when you can be a gorilla? Think back to our early days of quitting when on Sat. night we would attempt to start an IM. We were doing all sorts of things to reinforce our resolve. You have meant a great deal to me in my success to date.
