The Chicken or The Egg?

Hi, New here and just curious if anyone can relate? Do you keep fighting the idea that it's not a "panic attack" or "anxiety" and keep searching for some other medical reason for all of this? I am convinced deep down that my anxiety and panic attacks are the result of a constant fear that "something" else is wrong with me, NOT that the panic brings on the medical alert? Am I making any sense? I get depressed and stressed because I feel so out of control and all these terrible, terrible shakes I get make me truly beleive that if I found a "Medical" reason then it could be treated, then the anxiety would go away. I am fighting so hard to stay away from meds because I am so sensitive to pretty much anything, and the side effects are debilitating. I, however, find that the symptoms I get from the anxiety, or whatever it is equally is debilitating. What's one to do? My next choice is to look into Paxil, mostly for the anxiety attacks because I'd like to rule this out. LOL! I very much admit to having classic anxiety attacks, but don't think it's the only thing going on here. What other medical conditions could have the same symptoms as Anxiety/Panic Attacks? Can anyone give me any encouraging remarks about Paxil? When I go to my Doctor, it's usually whn I'm at my worst, and I tell her how agitated I'm feeling, tremors, breathlessness, and of course she sums it down to Panic, I would too, but I'm in this state because?????? Can anyone help?????Is this the place to come??????? Also, hyperventalating? Is this a symptom? Could it be related to anything else. I know you are thinking I'm in denial, and hey!, maybe so, but I won't be able to stop until I get some answers. If meds work-so be it! I just haven't found anything that's not so hard with the side effects. Thanks for listeningJanice :gasp:
