smoke free days
way to go

It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......

Thanks everybody,
Although I am not on here as much as I was at the beginning of my quit. I got scared at those peak times you know 30,60,90, 100 days. I do cherish the friendship and words of wisdom, compassion, sympathy at times, especially the time my quit friend lady and I shared getting through this. For all of you that said something nice here thank you very much.
PLease don't don't smoke.

Congratulations on One Full Year of Freedom KEN
I know you don't check in much anymore but figured today you would be by. You were instrumental early in the quit. We began this journey together and it's nice to know you are still smoke free.
Celebrate well today. You deserve it.
