Yeah I hit 200 days this Saturday. That's also my little girls birthday. I can't think of a better thing to give a 14 year old than a smoke free parent. I just went to South Beach for 4 days for an IBM conference. We were staying right on South Beach at the Lowe's Hotel. They folks I went with smoke and drink and did so every night we were gone. I was worried, I lost a 13 week old quit a few years back because of a road trip. Not this time I stayed strong and I didn't even get close to failing. I've done it - I'm a non-smoker - now I just need to maintain it. Boy it feel good.
