Yea for me 30 days! I can't believe it! I was shocked to see I've not smoked over 2 cartons of cigarettes and have saved a hundred dollars so far. (Depending on what meter I look at) I must have known something was up, I spent an hour with someone who was chain smoking. I couldn't wait to get out of the house, and gulp fresh air! I apologized to my little girl today for smoking so long. We reeked upon leaving there. I am sorry for putting her through that awful stink. As I inhaled the 2nd hand smoke, I just kept wondering how much of that nicotine entered our systems. I actually felt dizzy from it all. Some days it smells really good, and most days it doesn't. Today it did not. I can't stand to be around it. I could smell people in a parking lot smoking or the persons in the car in front of me smoking. YUCK! It stinks and I can't seem to get away from it no matter where I go. I know that this is a FINAL quit for me. I just wish more people would wise up. Reward tomorrow: The family and I are going to a corn maze and on a hay ride! Clean Autumn Fresh Crisp Air, I can't wait! :)

Congratulations Ness and thanks for telling us how you are doing...you sound great! It's funny that at the beginning 30 days seems so far away and then all of a sudden "there it is!" I have to admit, I admire your strength. I'm not sure that I could sit with someone who was chain-smoking right now (at least not if I was used to smoking with them in the past) Way to go on 30 days!
