Thank you my good friends. I must say, it feels great. Never thought I would be here. So glad I am. I don't ever want to go back to my old way of life. Now it seems so depressing and sad. A week off from work, a new job, a new life and 400 days quit. What more can a girl ask for? Not much! I never thought it was possible but here I sit, 400 days after I put out my last cigarette. I feel great and I�m loving life. Being free of the enslavement of smoking is the most wonderful thing in the world. I don�t ever want to smoke again. You can do it too.
