Hi all, I am very happy to keep you informed that today is my ten-day smoke free. It has been ups and downs, but I made it OK. The best reward that I have so far is that this morning I walked up two stair levels at work without feeling tired as I was before quitting. YES!!!!!!! Tonight I will continue with my routine excersize and take it easy after 3-day weekend, but I'd appreciate for any suggestions. Thanks, -TT My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/27/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 9 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 48 Amount Saved: $18 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 9 Mins: 56 Seconds: 25
