Thanks for support and advice. Actually it's not so much about changing what I do in my own time (I have started to go to gym more, watch t.v. in bed, post, read, go to smoke-free places, etc.) I think I was referring to those triggers that are part of every day life (the triggers that we can't change like eating lunch, dealing with stress at work, etc.)
Short of quitting my job and moving to a new country, I have to learn how to deal with these triggers because they are part of my life. I can deal with them....I have my bottled water, cinnamon gum, sour candies and green tea. I deep breathe. All of these things help and eventually the crave goes away.
I think many of you hit it on the head....I forget to look at how far I've come. I need to remember to reward myself and to take care of myself when I am "tired".
Just another phase in the journey..........
