1 week for me tommorrow

19 years ago 0 12 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hey guys, Well I made it one week! I made it through a 3 day weekend with 3 kids and a huddy home, lol, 1 family cookout/get-together, and 1 barbeque with friends and beers on ice (that one was tough!). Trying to think of something nice to do for myself tommorrow. I love the idea of rewards. My one month reward will be an overnight stay with hubby somewhere nice, and if that doesn't work out, a nice full body massage. What are some of the things you guys have done for your rewards? It has to be something not to expensive for me right now, LOL Bye guys My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/29/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 6 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 278 Amount Saved: $24 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 14 Mins: 3 Seconds: 35

Thanks guys One day I'll proudly show off my high stats like so many of you guys have. You all are doing a great job! I feel strong and determined this time, much more so than past failed attempts. The cravings are terrible, but I will not keep doing that to myself or my family. I watched my father die of lung cancer after decades of smoking. I don't want that for my own kids, or anyone elses for that matter. You all are very inspiring! Congratulations on your first smoke-free week. Things only get better from here. I am already seeing physical benefits after 10 days. Let's celebrate and call out your name together, loud and proud "Icandoit". Stay strong to your quit. -TT
