Today I have been disappointed. I have always seen this site as a great place to visit to assist in my quit and I've interacted with some very nice people.
However, I hope I'm wrong, but sometimes this site seems like a microcosm for the real world in that I've stood corrected as to my choice of words in a particular debate. I feel that everybody here has a right to expression whether their Quit is 1 day or 1000.
Somebody once expressed a concern here about cliques, eg The Beach etc - I always felt that it wasn't an issue, but I'm concerned that when I've spoken up on certain subjects, my posts have more or less been judged on my status as an 'Elder' or otherwise.
Right now I feel like the bloke who walked into a private club without seeing the sign outside.
For the first time in ages, yes, this has made me feel like smoking..
I won't, but maybe I'll look elsewhere for help if I need it
Sorry to be negative
Mr Ed
