I AM! I am adicted to self improvement! I have alll these books, and i just read and journal and read. I have learned how to declutter my home, and declutter my head, and eat properly, and not miss smoking, and excercise daily, and to take baby steps to self improvement, and right now i'm learning how to be an attachment parenting parent.
Don't forget the 7 habbits of highly efective people. Assertiveness training, anger management, and the 8th habbit. I'm alo rescuing my relationship, and battling the fat wars.
