WOW!!!!!! Thanks guys and gals............wasn't expecting this many replies.........but I'll take them.........LOL. I swore to myself that I would stay off this computer on the weekends and just be on it when I could during the week...........but here I am. I was just pondering the other day about smoking. It was a beautiful sunny day and at one point during the day I decided to sit under a big ole Maple tree in my back yard to have a ME break. As I was sitting there, it hit me like a rock, I'm relaxing.......no ashtray beside me, no alcohol, no cigarettes.......just sitting and relaxing!!!!! :) For ME, this is quite a break through. To be able to just sit outside and relax without any crutches was wonderful. Today is another beautiful day, I have lots to do but you bet I will sit outside sometime today and relax. Sounds a little crazy but for me, it's just one step higher up that steep mountain.......called the journey to quit smoking. I have been really sick the last two days and haven't been on this site or the alcohol site due to my illness, but no matter what life throws at me, I just HAD to come here and BRAG about myself making it through hell week. I feel so proud of ME ME ME....LOL. I just want to do a dance, shout it out loud for all to hear, maybe even get myself a reward???? It's been a loooooooooooooooooong week for me but, it's over. LOL ITSIRONIC!!!! That's about how I looked dancing in my kitchen and I LOVE cats and the cat dancing along side of me was PURRRRRRRFECT!!!! PrincessC, Hun, don't worry about NOT seeing my post. I was sooooo excited to make it through hell week and when I didn't get any replies I felt like............hellllloooooo people celebrate with me...tee hee I just wanted to be recognized for my accomplishment then and there, which was stupid because I had quit at midnight my time and no one is hardly on the SSC at this perticular time.
