I did not think I could do it. Yesterday at 4:45, I hit my one month mark. I celebrated by going outside and taking a DEEP breath of fresh (as fresh as it can get here) air. I feel so relived and it is such a weight off my shoulders (and lungs) One month. Never would have guessed it. For those who think it cannot be done, trust me, after 11 failed tried, i did it. why?
