Woohoo....2 weeks done and you don't have to do them again because you are now smoke free. Celebrate and reward yourself for this great accomplishment. Plus you have a great mind set because you had an intense craving and what did you do instead....went for a walk....walk that crave right out of there. Keep going you are doing so well. Sparky, Congratulations! Two weeks is a great accomplishment! Celebrate this milestone, do something that makes you happy. This should also help minimize your craving. Danielle ____________________ The SSC Support Team

Well I made it two weeks, but I could not fight the monster. I walked, I read, I talked to myself, but lost. I have set a new date. I am not sure if I can ever get stopped. I have tried so many times, maybe I am just one of those that can't make it. Each one of you that have a good quit going enbrace it with all your might. I am going post this in the newcomers also. Thanks to everyone one of you. Well, dear friends I have made it two weeks!!!! Hate to say this, but I woke up this morning really wanting a cig. What is this about? What a way to celebrate - a strong crave. Guess I'll put on my walking shoes and go for a walk.
