7 months for me too... isn't it grand! I too am finding it much easier to do. Sometimes a cigarette sounds good, usually when I'm having a drink with my smoking friends (I did this last Friday). But, it's not overwhelming and eventually it passes. It is nice to be smoke free, I really don't want to be a smoker anymore. This is good! Can't wait till I actually hit a year... one step at a time tho'.
