Hi Carlos - Make sure you have as much clarity as possible regarding losing your last Quit, as Shevie said. Make this Quit different, make it stronger and plan for biggest crave you can imagine, and what you will do to cope and stay Quit on that day - if you are ready to stop, you will, and we are here to support you along the way. Well Carlitos, this place will certainly help you. We are all here for eachother support day in and day out!!! I quit smoking on June 20, 2006 at 12:00am. It has been 1 day, 10 hours, 44 minutes, and 26 seconds since I quit. Had I not quit smoking, I would have: * Smoked 29 cigarettes (That's like smoking a 10 foot long cigarette) * Spent $6.20 on cigarettes * Inhaled 289 mg of tar * Inhaled 23 mg of nicotine (That's like doing 434 hits of nicotine) * Inhaled 318 mg of carbon monoxide * Taken an additional 4 hours, 17 minutes, and 1 second off my life My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/20/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 1 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 31 Amount Saved: $4.28 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 4 Mins: 45 Seconds: 48
