Thank you all for your celebratory wishes.
MMMMMMM Friday is celebration day and I am mmmmmmm
I worked hard today despite feeling like %^&* and I did what I needed to do. More trim painting and I realized that I was way more steady than I have ever been I was able to do all of the trim with nary a speck of masking tape.
This steadiness is a direct and very measurable result of not smoking. I am so glad for that. Way way way less stree in the body. I have been amazed at noticing how much less shakey, edgey andn just plain steady I have become. Now to the celebration.
Went to the market and got wild pacific salmon fillets and made a salad of fresh feild ripend tomatoes, green beans, tiny new potatoes and fresh 36 count gulf shrimp mmmmmmmm and for desert fresh tree ripened california peaches (my my california does excell at fresh fruit) and they are so juicy and just plain luscious with pouring custard mmmmmmmmm and a nice cold cold stella, thats artois you know the golden Belgian lady mmmmmmmm after a hot hot day.
Happy 154 to me and thank you for all of you out there. Have a wonderful weekend and I hope that you reward yourself and that you celebrate and revel in the newfound freedom from nicotine.
besides we all smell way way better.
Cheers
Phillip
