Please consider what you are doing! You quit for a reason! In fact, I bet you had several really good reasons for quitting! I think the best quote to use here is from August.

Right now, you're in withdrawals and just want it to end... I understand that, but it WILL end if you're patient! No, quitting isn't easy, but you're fighting for your life here! Isn't that worth the fight?!?!
I agree that you need to go out and reward yourself for 3 long, hard weeks of freedom. I hope that makes you feel better!
