Cuddles,
I agree with everything Newbkr said. I'd slipped and started again so many times that my quit meter was dizzy! The important thing is that you don't give up on yourself. Right now, I'm sure you feel terrible for losing your quit and it's so hard to come back after something like that, especially when you were as far along as you were, but just remember why you quit in the first place! You quit because you want a better life. You quit so you could be a better role model for your children. You quit so you wouldn't have to waste your money on a stupid addiction. Those reasons still apply. It doesn't matter how many times you quit... all that matters is the last one... the one that sticks.
Please Cuddles, if you have to take a break, then do that. But like newbkr said, come and read, even if you don't post. And get ready to quit again. You WILL succeed Cuddles! I just know that. Please don't feel like a failure because you're NOT! There are so many of us who have slipped or relapsed and managed to come back to make this our final quits... you can too! Please don't get too down. And if you ever need someone to talk to, you know how to get ahold of me.
Crave the Quit!
