JuJu, don't you dare fall for The Big Lie. Smoking was pleasurable because it eased withdrawals. Every 30 minutes or so, your body would start going through withdrawal, you needed a fix, you smoked, and then "AAAAHHHHHHHHH. I love smoking." See the untruth in there?
Rather than focus on what you miss, how about looking for ways to add to your health and increase your energy? Are you exercising? If not, how about a 20 minute walk every day? Are you paying attention to what you eat?
