Wow, you are doing great so far and keep it up, Luna is right smoking would not make any difference apart from costing you money, making you ill and making you smell. Just think aout how proud your daughter will be when she finally comes home to a smoke free mum. I sobbed all of week one. It was awful. Thankfully the house did not float away and thankfully the blubbering idiot disappeared some time later in my quit. You can do this. And already, you have shown the strength to know that smoking would not help you missing your daughter or anything else. There is no "right" time to quit. And there is no right time to start again. Remember - not one puff ever - take each crave as it comes, take each five minutes at a time, and you will get there. Thank God noone ever died for withdrawal. Otherwise, this site would be full of dead people!
