Deep breathing helped me tremendously. Really deep breath in through the nose. Hold a second, and then out though the mouth. Repeat as needed. It will definitely help the craves pass one at a time. Being a non smoker is much better than being a smoker. You don't stink and you always have a couple of bucks in your pocket. You don't have to worry about the getting away to have the next smoke. Take it easy on yourself and get to bed each day as soon as possible. When you get up the next morning congratulate yourself on getting through the previous day smoke free. Keep up your quit and I wish you great success. I have quit after 40+ years as a smoker.
