Well good morning Bejja & Bump!! You definately have come to the right place. There is so much support here! It feels great to read the old posts, and it does something to your mind when you reply to others as well. So, post often!! Hope both of you have used the tools to the left. They are one secret to success. Stay close by here, drink A LOT of water, and then some more. Have your plan ready. Congrats to both of you for starting your journey!! I smoked for over 34 years, started when I was 12 years old, had no idea what those disgusting things would do to me. I have been smoke free since January 7th, you can do this. Please don't give up, I did many times before and hope not to this time, but I hate to think of someone else giving in to those horrid disease sticks. One day, one hour, one breath at a time. Best of luck to you Every exsmoker loves an ex smoker! We are in it together.
