This isn't a test of your willpower, nor is it because this is your first quit. Sounds to me like, not only are you in the 30-day slump, but you haven't been rewarding yourself enough either.
Maintaining a quit for 30 days is truly an awesome accomplishment. So many people never get this far. You should take a day just for [u]you[/u]. Go do something(s) nice for [u]you[/u]; whatever makes [u]you[/u] happy. Rewards don't have to cost much. In fact, some of the best cost nothing at all. Be a queen for one day, Alexa.
